Couey denied an apology from Salter

Jerry Couey of Milton used his public forum time during a Dec. 13 Santa Rosa County Commissioners’ meeting to ask Commissioner Don Salter for an apology.
Couey has been a longtime critic of TEAM Santa Rosa, the county’s former economic development organization. In 2006, Couey said he brought his concerns about a federal grant administered by TEAM to the commissioners.
