Broxson meets with incorporation supporters

Florida Rep. Doug Broxson, District 3, met with community leaders on Nov. 9 to discuss options for Navarre’s future as an incorporated entity.

“The Chamber, Board of Realtors and incorporation group was there,” said Broxson. “It was an open discussion about how to present options to citizens if they were inclined to move forward on any structure to be heard.”

Efforts to incorporate Navarre date back to 2006 when an incorporation feasibility study was completed.  However, enough support could not be garnered and the idea of incorporation was shelved.
