Similar to an Angel Tree or the Giving Tree commonly seen during the Christmas season, Shoes that Fit is a community outreach program that outfits area children with proper sneakers and shoes.
Posted on bulletin boards at local business sponsors such as the Eglin Federal Credit Union, Wal-Mart and the Santa Rosa Medical Center Auxiliary, are donor cards. Listed on the cards are the shoe type and size, each personally requested by a child.
