A teen driver faces charges of driving too fast for conditions, driving without a license and not wearing a seatbelt following a Sept. 14 vehicle accident in Navarre.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, Sergio Van Dorian Williams, 19, of Navarre was driving a 1999 Ford Explorer traveling west on East Bay Boulevard near Edgewood Drive when he began to lose control of the vehicle.
