Don’t toss it, swap it

Many Navarre families are working hard to keep their heads above financial water throughout the difficult economic times.

Two local women have created a free service for other locals to buy and sell gently used items without the need for a full blown garage sale. Julie Parker and Kimberly Tate of Navarre created the Facebook group Saltwater Chicks Resale to give other area residents a chance to sell some of their belongings and shop for new items while saving money.
