Officials fail to file financials

Four Santa Rosa County appointed officials have not filed their financial disclosure forms as of Sept. 5 and are now accruing a $25 a day fine.

Jerry Mitchell, Milton Board of Adjustment member; Rick Olson, Naturewalk Community Development District board of supervisors vice-chair; Ira Mae Bruce, Santa Rosa Bay Bridge Authority board of supervisors; and Robert Montgomery, Northwest Florida Transportation Corridor Authority board member have failed to submit the appropriate financial disclosure forms required by Florida Statute 112.3144.

Update: Montgomery said that his financial disclosure form was mailed Tuesday and has a Sept. 4 postmark on the envelop.
