Santa Rosa County received about 900 calls to the citizen information center during Hurricane Isaac.
Joy Tsubooka, county public information officer, said one of the most frequent questions to the center was regarding the evacuation zones throughout the county.
“We could use some help educating folks as this was the first storm since the evacuation zones were changed,” she said.
The county outlines the changes in this year’s annual Disaster Guide.
