Jace Kohl Lockard, 16, of Navarre was arrested Aug. 15 for felony charges of lewd and lascivious behavior against a victim under the age of 12.
According to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office report, Lockard allegedly committed lewd and lascivious molestation in April when he inappropriately touched a minor under 12 at his residence in Navarre.
