Angered that the commissioners weren’t going to give him what he wanted, Bill Pullum’s response to the commissioners and the public almost sank his ability to rezone property for development during a June 28 special commissioner zoning meeting.
“I quit, I give up,” said Pullum, Navarre Realtor and developer.
Pullum was seeking an appeal to the Zoning Board’s denial of his rezoning request for property he owns on Persimmon Hollow Road in east Milton. The property is presently zoned as industrial and Pullum was seeking to have it rezoned to R2M (medium density mixed residential) so he could build two or three houses.
