Joanne Connor of the Navarre Jr. Garden Club hosted two important visitors on June 22 from the Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program.
Dr. Sophia Anne Rolle, assistant professor of the Culinary and Hospitality Management Institute, College of the Bahamas, and Nikita Shiel-Rolle, director of the Young Marine Explorers, made a stop in Navarre as part of their tour of the U.S. to learn more about ecotourism, U.S. environmental policy and to view different environmental education and conservation programs.
