Alternating lane closure on State Road 87

Crews from Anderson Columbia will install a new cross drain on State Road 87 near Vonnie Tolbert Road in Santa Rosa County.
Motorists can expect alternating one lane traffic Wednesday, Feb. 1 and Thursday, Feb. 2. Variable message signs are being used to notify the public of upcoming work.
Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, and to use caution, especially at night when driving in work zones.
