Liliana Tambone, age 4, enjoys the sensation of the wings of a monarch butterfly grazing her hand.
Children were encouraged to tag and release butterflies as part of the Panhandle Butterfly House' fifth annual Monarch Madness event on Oct. 8. Liliana and her parents, Nick and Jaime, came from Crestview to enjoy the festival.
