Santa Rosa County Board of CountyCommissioners has a long agenda Monday for a regularly-scheduled committees meeting at 9 a.m. in Milton.
Commissioners will discuss redistricting, scheduling a workshop with TEAM Santa Rosa to discuss economic development, vacancies on the Santa Rosa Bay Bridge Authority Board of Directors, the renewal of the Tourist Development Council’s marketing contract with MDi and proposed changes to the RESTORE Gulf Coast Act co-sponsored by State Sen. Bill Nelson and Sen. Marco Rubio.
Commissioners also will discuss changes to the Navarre Town Center TC-1 and TC-2 zoning districts and consider any other changes to Heart of Navarre Overlay Districts, as recommended by the zoning board. The zoning board made recommendations to revert the deed-restricted properties within Navarre First Addition subdivision, properties east of Granada Street, back to single family residential and remove land development code articles for TC-1 and TC-2 districts, which requires review by the Navarre Architectural Review Board.
