Unnamed alleyway in Woodlawn vacated

A small alleyway running north and south between two lots in the Woodlawn Shores subdivision serves no purpose to Santa Rosa County.
At least that was the determination Santa Rosa County Commissioners came to at their board meeting May 26.
“We have a 20-foot easement here that really is not suitable for any type of access, there would be no parking,” said Commissioner Lane Lynchard of the alleyway that splits lots 19 and 20.
Discussion ensued on what to do with the property.
