Angela Hughes said the most important thing cancer has taught her is not taking life for granted, especially time with her daughter, Mikaela.
“I was a good mom, but now sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I look at her face and I thank God, I pray and thank Him, that I have that opportunity,” said Hughes. “I think how lucky I am, now I know how fragile life is.”
