After hashing out by-law details during a Thursday night meeting, the United Peninsular Homeowners Association is back in action.
The group dissolved shortly after Hurricane Ivan struck four years ago. It was once a driving force in organizing homeowners and other associations located between Gulf Breeze and Navarre for nearly eight years.
