Festivals join forces at park Saturday

Encounter coastal life and celebrate the month of October in one stop.

The Environmental Education Coordination Team is teaming up with American Legion Post 382 to bring together Coastal Encounters and Oktoberfest on Oct. 4 at Navarre Park.

This is the first year that Coastal Encounters has teamed up with another organization.

“There’s going to be a little more variety this year,”   said Debbie Holland, organizer of the Coastal Encounters event.
