Townhomes planned behind medical park

The first of what eventually could be about 200 townhomes behind Baptist Medical Park Navarre have been approved, according to a Santa Rosa County building official.
Tampa-based development group GK Reserve Pointe Townhomes LLLP has applied to build one two-story, six-unit building on a 25-acre parcel northwest of Elks Way it bought for $1.1 million in June 2010, according to Rhonda Royals of the county’s Development Services Department.
