The Santa Rosa County Commission approved expanding the Juana’s Pagodas complex to include space for events, such as weddings.
Earlier this month, Kevin Rudzki asked the commission to approve adding a third large building similar to the existing pagodas that would accommodate 75 people and include new restrooms, solar panels and a solar water-heating system. He also asked the commission to extend the county’s management agreement with the family by five years, through 2040, to give the businesses more time to recoup the $250,000 investment.
