Lockwood scholarship created by Quarterback Club

The Navarre Raider Quarterback Club asked the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation to accept donations for a scholarship fund in Ian Lockwood’s name during the board meeting on Feb. 8.
Karen Aloy of the Quarterback Club said she thought this was a great way to carry forward the influence Ian had. The first place she went for help was the Chamber of Commerce.
