Juana’s owners propose adding meeting facility

The Rudzki family’s businesses, such as Juana’s Pagodas, Sailor’s Grill & Bakery, are open to the elements to take advantage of beach weather, but they would like to add on an enclosed, climate-controlled space to accommodate various events.The Rudzki family wants to add meeting space to its Navarre Beach businesses, but not if it has to pay Santa Rosa County a bigger cut of its profits.
“Honestly, changing any of our business plan would affect how we would want to proceed,” Kevin Rudzki told county commissioners Monday at their meeting in Milton. “Incurring any more cost, we wouldn’t want to do that.”
