There’s nothing gruff about this Lily goat.
“She’s my baby,” Dolores Miller said Sunday, less than 72 hours after the Santa Rosa County Zoning Board of Adjustments approved a variance to let Miller keep the 2-foot-tall, 45-pound, year-old pygmy goat at her Webster Street home in Navarre. “I bottle-fed for three months. She’s my heart. All of my animals are my heart.”
