On Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 10 and 11, traffic on SR 87, near Dean Creak will encounter intermittent lane restrictions between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. as crews from Anderson Columbia perform drainage work (weather permitting). Motorists are reminded to watch for traffic flaggers and to use caution when traveling through the work zone. The work is part of a $15 million project that will widen SR 87 from two to four lanes between Five Forks Road and the Eglin Air Force Base boundary.
