Study projects Holley by the Sea pool dome replacement, dock repairs in 2011

Residents of Holley by the Sea may get more out of their membership next year– without having to pay the $10 increase in assessment fees.

The top three items budgeted for 2011 – a new pool dome, beach house landscaping and boat ramp – are scheduled for replacement in the upcoming fiscal year, according to the latest reserve study released this fall.

A potential increase in assessment fees debated in September was to fund the three items. However, after tightening their budget belt, Wendy Hoeflich, general manager, managed to fund the repairs/replacements with the current $365 fee.
