Navarre man confesses to double homicide in Alabama

Last month, a Navarre man admitted his role in a 15-year-old double homicide. Now the only survivor of that vicious 1995 attack is suing for unspecified damages.

Charles Richard Tooley, 51, said in court that he and two other men, Mickie Wayne Collins, 52, of Gadsden, Ala., and Collins' nephew, L.C. Collins, 42, of Attalla, Ala., went to a Coosa County, Ala., hunting cabin May 16, 1995, to rob the men there and steal crystal meth.
