Dependability places the military at the center of Northwest Florida's business universe. Santa Rosa County hopes to add another economy-proof industry :Corrections.

"Unfortunately, because of society, they will have a steady stream of occupants to keep this viable," said Ed Gray, chairman of the TEAM Santa Rosa Economic Development Council Inc. board of directors. "This is one of thsoe industrial complexes that we can sustain and we know won't go out business tomorrow."
