Gulf Power CFO Phil Raymond cuts the ribbon for the 196-foot weather tower that will measure wind speed, duration and air temperature. Wind_ribbon_cut.jpgGulf Power will share the data with Navarre High School’s earth and space class.  It is expected to be in place for two years before deciding if windmills on the beach are feasible.
