The bond between fathers and daughters helped Navarre High School’s Winter Guard enjoy a season of firsts in 2009.
The team earned its first circuit championship with six first-place finishes in its first year competing in Scholastic AA. The Raiders also advanced to the national semifinals in their first trip to the Winter Guard International Championships in Dayton, Ohio.
