Creators from as far north as Minnesota and as far west as California will join artists from closer to home this weekend when Gulf Breeze hosts its 15th Annual Celebrate the Arts festival.
"It's a wonderful family event that is eye-catching and full of eye candy," said Sue Warner, festival coordinator for Gulf Breeze Arts Inc.
