County bracing for another tough budget year

A pre-budget workshop last month sounded at times more like group therapy.

"Basically, in these economic times, it's important to keep our chins up,"  Santa Rosa County Commissioner Bob Cole said during discussion of the upcoming budget process.  "We should take the opportunity, every time we can, to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty."
