ACLU files class action lawsuit against Sheriff

Read more...The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida and the Florida Justice Institute announced Tuesday the filing of a federal class action lawsuit against Santa Rosa County Sheriff Wendell Hall.

The lawsuit challenges the constitutionality of the Sheriff’s new postcard-only policy for jail inmate mail.

Read more...Navarre Raider Swimmers cheered each other on Saturday, September 18 at Hunter Pool in Pensacola. Navarre Raider girls placed second only to Niceville by 8 points. Read more...The weather cooperated as Juana’s Good Times Regatta lived up to its name this weekend on Navarre Beach. More than 50 boats signed up for the event.

“Many of those entered, registered early,” Kevin Rudzki of Juana’s Pagodas said. “We knew a few weeks ago that we could count on a good turnout.”
