A feud in the local arts community has paralyzed the Greater Navarre Beach Arts Association and could lead to its being dissolved.

“It’s unconscionable that these people can’t see the forest for the trees,”  said Janice Boyce.  “This isn’t a personal attack. This is about accountability, transparency, responsibility….”
