NHS freshman witnesses history

While millions watched on TV, a Navarre student stood with hundreds of thousands of Americans witnessing history – the inauguration of Barak Obama, the 44th President of the United States.

1_22_nhsfresh_text.jpgConnor Passalacqua, a Navarre High School freshman, was selected to participate in the Presidential Youth Inaugural Conference – a program designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of the history behind the electoral process and traditions surrounding the event.
