Two Candidates to run for Holley Navarre Water System Board of Directors

Two candidates have qualified to run for two open seats on the Holley Navarre Water System’s Board of Directors. Tammy Pahal-Morgan and Martin Riley currently hold the seats. Pahal –Morgan is not running for another term. James Dabney and Martin Riley have qualified to run this year.

Riley is a graduate of Sacramento High School of Sacramento, Kentucky. He has recently retired from the Santa Rosa County Building Inspections Department after 20 years. 16 years as the Chief Building Official and Deputy Official. Prior to that he worked in Commercial Construction for 30 years. Riley is a member of the Masonic Lodge, State BOAF Board of Directors.

Dabney is the owner of Paradise Construction and the East River Smoke House -Navarre and Ft. Walton. In addition Dabney is active in the Sports Association and Bikers for Vets, March of Dimes and Relay for Life.The election of these two candidates will take place at the Holley-Navarre Water Systems Annual Meeting on Jan. 20 from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m. in the Boardroom at the Water System offices on Turkey Bluff Road in Navarre.
