A piece of Pullum Commerce Park is a bargain at $2.5 million, Cindy Anderson told Santa Rosa County commissioners at their meeting Monday, Jan. 5.
“It’s already platted, the infrastructure is in, it is shovel-ready, it is ready to go and it’s at the intersection of an interstate and state highway,” said Anderson, executive director of TEAM Santa Rosa Economic Development Council Inc. “I cannot pick a better place than the intersection of Interstate 10 and State Road 87 for a commerce park.”
