Roesch leaves behind library legacy

Orville and Francis Roesch with their four sons.

Her name adorns the Friends of the Navarre Library bookstore in recognition of her dedication to the Navarre Library.

Frances Roesch died on Nov. 23 and she leaves behind a legacy of friendship, a love of books and tireless efforts to have a library built in Navarre.
