Holley-Navarre Water System’s $2 million offer to purchase The Club at Hidden Creek was accepted by Meadowbrook/Fairways Group.
‘We made the offer and they accepted,” said Ken Walker, HNWS general manager. “The contract documents are being drawn up now.”
