As a high school student, Rep. Jeff Miller, R-District 1, never envisioned himself a politician, but in 1997 he believed Tallahassee was lacking in leadership.
Miller said that he believed that he had “the background and ability to go to Tallahassee and represent our area with a strong voice.”
