Housing market analysts released figures on third-quarter foreclosures for September, and the numbers are bleak.
While the overall number of foreclosures is up 71 percent from 2007, it declined 12 percent for September.
Florida ranked number four in the nation, with 127,306 filings in the third quarter, and those effects are rippling across the state.
