Justin O’Quinn has been fired as Navarre High School’s head baseball coach as of April 3 for insubordination.
Justin was appointed the head coach for the baseball program when his brother Mickey O’Quinn resigned Jan. 30. Justin remains a teacher at NHS as of Tuesday.
Mickey has been the subject of an investigation by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Education Professional Ethics Committee.
Parents from the NHS baseball booster club met at NHS on Tuesday to discuss their concerns about the future of the baseball program at the school.
