Navarre man charged with child cruelty

A Navarre man was released on $20,000 bond following his arrest on charges of cruelty toward a child Dec. 19.
According to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report, Michael Vincent Harsanje, 35, allegedly exchanged sexual pictures with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl, but who was truly an undercover agent, in June 2011.
