Term limits for TDC?

Long-time board members of the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Council may be replaced if the board of county commissioners decides to set term limits.
District 4 Commissioner Jim Melvin requested the topic be discussed Tuesday during the commissioners’ committee meeting. He suggested the county follow Okaloosa County’s example by implementing a policy allowing board members to serve one term on and one term off.
