A Navarre woman was cited for careless driving following a four-car accident at the intersection of Sunrise Drive and Water Street in Holley by the Sea.
Dixie Pardue, 68, was traveling southbound on Sunrise Drive at 8:15 a.m. Sept. 7, approaching three other vehicles. Pardue told Florida Highway Patrol officers that she did not see the vehicles stopped.
Pardue struck the rear of a car driven by Danielle Muir, 21, of Navarre.
The impact propelled Muir into another car, driven by Elizveta Batalova, 57; and Batalova struck the car driven by Connie Cyr, 35, both of Navarre.
Neither Batalova, Cyr, or Cyr's passenger, a 4-year-old boy, were injured.
Both Pardue and Muir received minor injuries and were transported to Baptist Hospital in Gulf Breeze.
Muir's passenger, a 1-year-old girl, was uninjured.
All involved were wearing seat belts.
