The third attempt proved charming for family and friends of Melanie and Byrd Billings.
Donnie Ray Stallworth Jr., was found guilty July 21of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of home invasion.
Stallworth, 30, a Navarre resident, was one of seven people charged with the July 9, 2009 slayings in Beulah, Fla.
This was the third time Stallworth was tried on the charges; the previous two trials on April 30, and March 4, ended in hung-juries.
