Right now, there is no formal way to evaluate the county administrator’s performance in Santa Rosa County, but that is about to change.
The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners discussed which method they would prefer to use to evaluate Hunter Walker, county administrator, during the July 11 regular meeting.
Commissioner Bob Cole had asked about a more formal evaluation process, so the Human Resource department gathered several forms and options used by other counties in Florida for the commissioners to look over.
