Joining resolution may mean more money

Santa Rosa County, like most of Northwest Florida, is trying to receive more oil spill recovery funding.
Last Thursday, the Santa Rosa County Commissioners decided to join an eight-county joint resolution on the matter, which will be sent to U.S. Rep. Jim Miller, R-Chumuckla.
