Getting the runaround

It’s a lengthy, tedious process, but once completed, owning a business in Navarre could be profitable – and beneficial to residents.

 But for some entrepreneurs, seeing that light at the end of the tunnel is daunting, frustrating enough to quit and set up shop elsewhere.

That’s what George Gonzalez did.
