The driver who struck and killed Dan and Eric Schoen - two airmen stationed at Hurlburt Field - entered a plea of not guilty Wednesday morning.
Robert Lynn Hill is charged with two counts of leaving a scene involving death and perjury in an official proceeding. He remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
Hill turned himself in the day after the Aug. 31 accident. The Schoens had been walking their dogs southbound on Pawnee Drive, just a few blocks from their home, when they were hit.
Hill is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 28.
