Financial shortfalls require changes at pier

Pier, Inc. was recently audited by Santa Rosa County, which led to several questions about bookkeeping practices.
The audit reports listed shortfalls totaling $3,670. This is money owed to the county since Pier, Inc. is responsible for collecting the toll to walk or fish the pier.
