As Florida state faces growing concerns of water scarcity, two board members from the Holley-Navarre Water System will express concerns to Senator Marco Rubio at the 2011 Water Forum in Orlando.
The event, hosted by American Water Works Association, will address water management district permit challenges, restrictions on new economic development, and a continued decline in natural resources, according to the Water Forum’s website. The invited speakers include Senator Marco Rubio, Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam and Representative Trudi Williams (R-Ft. Myers).
